We were due for a full roof replacement, so I found 6 roofing companies that showed up strong on the Better Business Bureau, and Angie’s list websites. Nick from Caliber Roofing was my last appointment of the 6 to provide an estimate. Nick is amazingly knowledgeable and confirmed everything I had researched before setting up the 6 estimates. His knowledge, experience, and his detailed estimate is what sold me on selecting Caliber for our roofing job. His estimate came in lower than most of the others, and I felt confident that with the combined price + quality, we hit the re-roofing jackpot. He is on site for the install and supervises the entire job. He and his staff are very meticulous, and we have a complex roof that required their quality attention. Their work is flawless, and the high-quality product they put on, matches our home perfectly. In the end, they cleaned up my yard better than it was before they arrived. They even cleaned my gutters while they were up there and cleaned up that debris as well. The final bill came in exactly as he quoted, with no surprises. Ken is a solo proprietor/worker that guarantees his work; that has been in business since 1996. It is obvious that he has developed a successful "customer-first" business. He is even coming back to touch up any affected exterior windows if there is a storm within a week. He is a pleasant hard working family man. We signed up for his twice a year program and received a discount. Because he owns the business and does all of his own work himself; he pays attention to detail, works hard, and is very thorough. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the final price even though I added statement of work; was still within the price range of the estimate. He also did extra work and I wasn't charged.

Our bathroom got flooded and my husband attempted to remodel it for us. He did a great job but just couldn't get it finished. After several years I finally gave up and called Nick to help us out. Nick had done a major remodel for my in-laws and we knew he did good work. Nick added wainscoting and chair rail around the room and tiled the floor. It turned out beautiful and I was so happy to have my bathroom back.
