Exterior Trim Repair
Very professional company. Robert worked around the bad weather and finished the job as soon as could be done. Robert kept me informed of everything he was doing along the way. Did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend Redux and will definitely use them in the future for my roofing needs.

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
Polite, professional, great communication even worked the day before Easter so we could get back on schedule for the Gutters to be installed. Highly recommend. I will be letting others in our subdivision and on next door app.

A company contracted Redux to do the work. There were issues prior to Redux starting but they were able to get the project going.. rain.. snow.. shine. They were here they kept everything clean after all the issues that I had with this other company Redux really stepped up and I appreciated everything that they did. Redux was not appreciated by the company that hired them but they never showed their frustration. They were professional !

Did a sloppy job which took over 5 months. Poor customer service, and he used a handy man that did not know what he was doing. Also only showed up intermittently.

Took longer than represented. Then did not even finish the job. Was suppose to get gutters and one section of gutter on the side of my house was never completed. Owner said he would come buy and put up the missing gutter but this never happened after nearly 2 months. Come on, it's 12 feet of gutter.

I guess there was a miscommunication. You have had the warranty paper for quite some time now. Would you please reflect the score you gave me and redo it."

Like most contractors you have to stay on top things. They will promise a finish date but will take other jobs then try to stall finishing your job. The fence boards we ordered were not the grade requested.Their employe rejected 107 boards and did an excellent job installing the fence. We are very pleased.

Redux did a wonderful job on my roof. They are responsive and completed the job within the estimate. I've never seen roofers who were so responsible about cleaning up after the work. Not a single piece of anything in my yard. I'm very happy with my new roof and the Redux people are absolutely wonderful. I recommend them to anyone.
