"BUYER BEWARE! We had our house painted by, Painter Plus LLC. The painting job, was on the exterior of a two-story house. The house, had a new +$20,000 roof install, a few weeks prior to this painting job. When finished, there was a number of paint drippings on the lower roof, from the top section of the housing being painted. The house color, is an off-white and the roofing shingles are black, so the splattered paint was obvious. There is also evidence that Painter Plus LLC, had covered some of the paint drippings, with black generic spray paint. Others were scrubbed, with a brush. I’m not a roofing expert, but I do know that you should not, scrub any roofing shingles, with any sort of a brush. I called Miguel, with Painter Plus LLC and asked him over the phone, if he had used a wire, or course brush to clean my roof. He said no. When I asked him to come back and to clean the roof shingle splatters, the painter brought a wire brush, with him and a can of black spray paint. At that point, it was very easy to put 1+1 together. I asked him to just not clean anything and to leave. I checked the roof, myself. I could easily see a front side section where, much of the asphalt had been worn away from some of the new shingles. I have no doubt that this new roof is damaged, from aggressive abrasive cleaning and I have photos to prove it. The roofing materials, are some of the best that money can buy - GAF, 50-year roofing materials. It does not wear, in less than 3-months, on its own!! I had called the main office and left a message, for a recovery plan of action. There has been, no response. Beware of this company, Painter Plus LLC and the very poor workmanship that they provide!"

"Jose is capable of doing good work, ut if you're expecting fair pricing and professional communication, be prepared for disappointment. I was given two different quotes, one for $188 and another for $299. Rather than clarifying or honoring the lower price, he defaulted to the higher one without discussion. In the end, I paid over $100 more than discussd. This kind of inconsistency reflects disorganization at best, and opportunism at worst. For the amount I was charged, I would have expected a more complete service,such as cleaning up the leftover glass. But that wasn?t part of the job, apparently. He showed up, did the work, and benefited from my honesty when I pointed out the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me. The five-year warranty is a strong point, and I do appreciate the effort he put on a hot day. Professionalism is about more than just finishing the job, its about how you treat your customers and run your business. If you care about all that, Jose is not the one."

"Stay far away from Bill Andrews and his company. I worked as a subcontractor on a patio project where Bill hired me for labor only. I completed my work exactly as instructed. Later, the homeowner discovered that Bill had overcharged him for things unrelated to the patio. Once the homeowner confronted him, Bill was fired from the project. After he was fired, Bill tried to make a new agreement on his own without asking me and wrote me a check. When I deposited the check, he later cancel it, I had to take him to small claims court, where I won the case and proved he owed me. Instead of paying what he owed, he filed an appeal just to waste more of my time. This company not only cheats homeowners but also mistreats subcontractors. They lie, steal, and refuse to pay for honest work. Protect yourself and your money do not hire or work with Bill Andrews."
