They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.
