We were given our estimate up front and only altered it when we requested extra work. Even then, the price came in below budget. My only complaint is a little one. When the men put the plastic sheeting on one of the walls, they accidentally covered an electrical outlet and it took some poking around to find it. Also, one of the men broke an under ground pipe in our laundry room, but we knew that was going to happen, half expected it to happen and warned William it could happen. When it did, the team stayed after hours to make sure it was repaired before they left. They went above and beyond to complete the repair.
