"Our family had a great experience with Safer building solutions! Dale was a pleasure to work with! From the moment I placed the call looking for an air test, his customer service was amazing. The prices were lower than a couple of companies I requested quotes from which was a plus! The best part of our situation was that we did not have to pay 22k for Remediation! Before we decided to get our air quality test, we had a couple of remediation companies come to â testâ for mold and air quality. They have never been able to produce a test that says we needed remediation but have said we needed it done. This was the first company that actually tested to see what we were working with and produced the results. We appreciate the honesty! We also appreciate how informative the visit was! Definitely recommend!"

"Clearly explained the process and likely problem. Suggested remedies that were cost effective and made sense."

"Tony and his crew did an excellent job- professional and courteous. Went out of his way to ensure that the problem causing the mold was remediated."

"Mr. Dawe was completely honest and upfront in telling me that I could take care of my mold problem and that I didn't need to hire his company and spend money unnecessarily. That kind of honesty will lead me to hire Mr. Dawe's for any upcoming home-related issues."

"The Mold Company was great and professional however I was cold transferred to a remediation product company Biocide Labs that hung up on me. Once I wasnâ t immediately interested in purchasing their expensive products and told them I needed to think about purchasing their remediation products Steve hung up on me therefore I will be purchasing remediation products elsewhere."

"I requested a quote for lead abasement for exterior paint on a house I want to buy. First-rate construction took the time during an initial phone call of explaining options for dealing with the lead paint along with some general estimates. They are definitely well qualified in dealing with toxic substances. I did not hire because the house seller did not want to address the lead paint issue."
