Remediation Group, Inc

I have used the Remediation Group for three separate water damage situations, and they are the most reliable, timely and best mitigation company to call when something bad happens. They do everything in their power to make it better. They came at 3 am when my unit flooded and cleaned up all the water and was able to come next day to finish the remainder of the demo. They did such amazing work in my unit, that I referred them to my parents’ 3-story home that had a flooded basement. They were able to come out very quickly and also did exceptional job at that property as well. I promise you will be very satisfied with the Remediation group!!!

Remediation Group was there when I needed them for a water backup in my condo. Drew always answered his cell phone throughout the whole process. I never had to wait around for him to get back with me. Humberto and John were assigned to my job. They were there shortly after I called and asked for help. Humberto and John were so kind and respectful. They were there everyday to check on things. They answered all my questions, and made sure my condo was dry and smelling good before they removed their equipment. I 100% recommend them.

They did a fabulous job, amazing work.

We had water damage from the floors above and Remediation Group was quick to help with the cleanup, treatment and drying. It took a little time to get Insurance settled. We met with the design team and made our choices of materials.. Once the materials were ordered and gathered, the restoration phase went quickly. There was good communication with the team and we are very pleased with how our project turned out. The work has held up and have not needed any follow up. We would call them again if the need arises. Thanks!

He could have followed instructions a little better. He did not do exactly what I wanted him to do.
