Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. "The company and the person providing the service (Matt Miller) were very professional, efficient, and did an excellent job.  I requested service using their webpage, and was contacted by phone within a half hour, and the appointment was scheduled for the next day.  Matt was on time.  He was professional and thorough.  After checking our water meter, he told me that the source of the leak was not in the internal plumbing, and asked if I really wanted to spend the money for the entire inspection.  I explained that we needed to know what the source/cause of our water damage was, as there was a lot of damage and it would make no sense to repair everything if we didn't know where the water originated, as the same damage would happen again if it wasn't fixed.  With that, he proceeded to track down the source, and determined that the water was coming in around the door framing that was done by the builder.  In addition the windows were not sealed adequately, causing water seepage."
