I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. I could not be happier with the work that was done to my kitchen, the quality of work is exceptional, the professionalism at which Jeff and the company demonstrates adds to the overall quality of the work. "We contacted Empire Builders in mid February based on excellent reviews from Angie's List. Vitaliy provided an estimate and time frame for the job. The beginning of March we signed a contract and the cabinets were order and delivered. Four times some aspect of the coronavirus situation caused us to put the project on hold. Finally in the middle of June they were able to start. Vitaliy never complained and honored the price and timing for the project. The crew came every day on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and really cleaned up each night. They were absolutely professional in every aspect of their work. The cabinets were installed with care and look great. Our backsplash tile which was very tricky to work with looks fantastic. Vitaliy also worked with the granite fabricator to get the correct slab of granite for us when the wrong one had been delivered for cutting. Every step of the way Vitaliy and Empire Builders went above and beyond to give us a beautiful new kitchen and a great experience. We already expect to have him back for another project."

"We contracted Thomas in March of 2022. We paid 8K for engineering drawings (that were never reviewed or signed off by us) but yet we chose to move forward with his contracted price. (Bad choice in judgement) I gave him our ORIGINAL HOME SCHEMATICS AND ALL ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS WHICH HE LOST WITH THE MANY HIRES AND FIRES HE DID. The designers we met along with several other project managers, were a multitude of people we never saw again. I paid for a designer, yet I finally went to a store and chose my own material WAY UNDER BUDGET (which meant more overhead profit for West Coast) We had so many things budgeted in to this 80k bedroom remodel project that he tried to make change orders for and charge us extra for like venting a bathroom fan to code. I caught too many errors to count on our drawings during construction (that were never reviewed) we needed a handicapped bathroom but yet the doorways were built too small. The ten months of Ridiculousness that were supposed to be 2-3 months lost is too long to put in a review. He then tried to get final payment when the permit wasn’t even closed out and put a mechanics lien on my home fraudulently signed by his office person. This has all been turned into the states attorney. Buyer beware!"

"From start to finish Summit Home Builders Inc was great. After our request it was only a few days before someone was out to start drawings, drawing were sent via email within days. Not only did we approve, but they were beyond what we expected. Unfortunately with the covid 19 materials were delayed a bit but the wait was worth it. Once the project was in “go mode” they showed up and did remarkable work. They were tidy, efficient, worked long hours and did an amazing job. Craftsmanship was beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will be doing additional work with Summit Home Builders Inc. In the near future. If you are consisting any home modifications or additional building, I would highly recommend reaching out to Artem Toropov with any of your remodeling needs. This company was a 10 out of 10 to work with."

We started out with a Bathroom remodel but added exterior house paint, interior doors changed, popcorn removal and ceiling texture/ paint. KC prices are so affordable we were able to complete many of our home improvements. They are amazing in getting the job done and everything cleaned up.
