I had a list of 10-15 local engineering companies given to me by the permitting office. Very few would return my call. several the rest said they only do commercial or that this was too small of a job and would cost more. It was taking months and I was frustrated and decided to try Angie’s. I am so pleased. I had a response that very day I inquired for the job. It was clear what was needed from me. Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks. "We contacted Empire Builders in mid February based on excellent reviews from Angie's List. Vitaliy provided an estimate and time frame for the job. The beginning of March we signed a contract and the cabinets were order and delivered. Four times some aspect of the coronavirus situation caused us to put the project on hold. Finally in the middle of June they were able to start. Vitaliy never complained and honored the price and timing for the project. The crew came every day on time, worked quietly and efficiently, and really cleaned up each night. They were absolutely professional in every aspect of their work. The cabinets were installed with care and look great. Our backsplash tile which was very tricky to work with looks fantastic. Vitaliy also worked with the granite fabricator to get the correct slab of granite for us when the wrong one had been delivered for cutting. Every step of the way Vitaliy and Empire Builders went above and beyond to give us a beautiful new kitchen and a great experience. We already expect to have him back for another project."
