His bid was the lowest for replacing our electric panel, the riser to the house (FPL house connect) and the meter socket. We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. He was a great communicator, sending me confirmation of permits given, FPL appointments made, and inspection times. He communicated with me by phone as needed and was always quick to respond. Called Bolt Electric number and thought I was calling a Clearwater location as I live in Seminole, FL, so I was surprised when I realized the electrician Zack had come from Sarasota, but I am within their service area. Zack said they work in Pinellas County all the time, very normal for them. Bolt Electric was great in all respect of scheduling and electrician was on time. Their pricing was better than the other two companies I requested quotes from and extreme professionalism when they came to my home. Greatly appreciated. Bolt was wonderful in sending electricians who put up with my year-old puppy who thought Zack was his new play toy and was very kind to put up with the puppy, while trying to preform electrical work. Only let puppy drive him crazy for a few minutes, but he was so kind to be so nice about Finn wanting to play with him.
