"I hired OBriens Drywall when we were doing kitchen remodel 6 months ago. They removed old kitchen, old drywall from walls and ceiling. They removed old fashioned ceiling dip, which made ceiling higher and allowed to install higher cabinets. They fixed all problems with damaged wood studs, repaired pantry, also replaced doors . "The whole process was very smooth considering how many unexpected situations popped up. When I tore up the old tiles i damaged the underlying concrete so badly that Euro Painting had to put down a self leveling cement to make the process possible. I was offered the choice of doing this myself or having them do it and I chose to have Euro Painting do this. It turned out excellent. The floor Turned out extremely nicely, it looks like a piece of art that you would find in a museum. They also resurfaced our table and that turned out extremely well."

"Joe and Alice were very pleased to hire James Gabor to finish a fence project someone else we hired had started. This hired handyman just abandoned this Fence project three weeks ago. I called Angi's List for Licensed Professional Businesses and James Gabor answered our phone call immediately and set up an appointment the next day early Sunday morning. I explained to him exactly what needed to be done for completing our yard wood panel fence project with cutting a few cement slabs and some trimming of fence post tops. He also needed to check already put up fence wood panels that were screwed in crocked. James was very acknowledgeable about what was needed to finish this uncompleted fence project. I felt confident with his manner of telling me he was wanting to come as soon as possible and had all the tools for cutting, the cement, cementing the last two fence posts, leveling the dirt and using the cement cut pieces to put in the space from the cement pieces cut in order to extend the back area of the fence near the side of the fence. He also removed the chain link fence attached to the back side chaining fence going down the right side of the house's yard. He meticulously loosened the screws in the top half of the uneven fence posts that had been put up and redrilled the screws so he could straighten the posts, there were fence post tool clamps he attacked to the bottom of the posts while working on them. When he mixed the cement for the few fence posts he had a hand held rotating drill mixer he mixed the water and cement mix together in a big bucket to pour the cement. He worked hard and fast, never taking any break, constantly checking everything walking in the back and front areas of this whole fence. I was very impressed with his work ethic! He also was polite and was very accomodating if I asked questions while he was working. He finished all my fence wood project in three hours!! He is very professional, cleaned up any cuttings of posts and excess wood pieces from trimming. He also carried the taken down poles and small piece of chain link fence into the back yard area which was a little ways walk from where he was working. He also carried the small piece of leftover excess a cut fence panel back into the side area of the house back yard. He made this wood fence project all lined up right to the side of the house look very nice. I kept saying Thank you to him. Please hire him for any renovations you need done. He is very good and a perfectionist at any kind of house or building project you need done. You will not be led astray at all he is very organized and punctual. He worked mostly alone and never complained. The job fee he presents to a client is well deserved by his knowledgeable job skills Thank you, James Gabor Renovations LLC. "Went beyond my expectation to repair my cypress fence and add a partial new panel. My fence was leaning and about to fall due to a palm tree pushing on it. Other contractors wanted to remove palm, or brace from my neighbors yard or just told me to save my money and get a new fence which was thousands of dollars. The other contractors made it sound impossible unless I would let them do more work than necessary. Luxury paint came in, never hesitated to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. The fence was straightened, three new posts, landscape timber at bottom and they made V around the palm with my neighbor's permission. It looks great, is secure for my dog and they cleaned all debris. You would not know workers were here. I highly recommend them."
