"Angela Kienzle is a gem. She is very easy to work with. I had her help me refurnish my two bedroom condo. I spoke to her on the phone for several months before actually meeting her. Once she knew my design style, she set about finding me pieces that all worked together seamlessly. She frequently sent me slides of how the rooms were coming together. I met with her to see all the pieces in person before everything was finalized. She helps with contractors for painting, electrical work, window dressings. All terrific people, as well. I would highly recommend her. My place now looks fantastic."

"Helene was amazing! Our first time hiring an interior designer and I regret not doing this 5 years ago. She decorated my 13 month girls room from start to finish. Paint, crib, lighting decor, storage, cabinets, bookshelves etcâ ¦.she listened to all my needs and specific desires for my little girls room and exceeded my expectations. We walked into a completely finished room. She worked very hard to create our little girls room and even baby proofed the dressers for us because we asked. We got a crib that can transform to a toddler bed, the cutest chandelier/Fan combo, and amazing artwork. She even added in a personalized pink glittery wooden name as a gift and wallpaper which was absolutely beautiful and really made the room. Our baby now sleeps so well in her crib and we are so so grateful for Helene. She is really experienced and knows what she is doing and we are blessed to have met her"

"Tamara's poor service cost us $6000 (not including her consultation fee and the money we'll have to spend finding and actual interior designer) To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. My husband and I sought after an interior designer to help us with furnishing and designing our new home. When we first spoke with Tamara she made it clear that she was not going to draw up a design but that she would help guide us through the process of selecting color schemes, furniture and accent pieces. She had us send her pictures from pintrest of things we liked and agreed to meet us in person for an initial in home consultation which was $250. After having sent her pictures of furniture, rooms and colors schemes we liked, I expected that she would have recommendations of actual furniture, artwork, and accent pieces that would work in our home. Instead, all she did was tell us to find a piece of art and then pick everything else out based on the art work. This is free advice anyone can get from watching HGTV. I did not understand the point of is sending her pictures of things we like if she wasn't going to help us find what would work. When I expressed my concerns to Tamara she offered to help us pick pieces for the design. She said we could text her pictures of items while we were in the store and she would let us know if things would work or not work. While shopping for a bedroom set we sent Tamara images of our furniture to ask if things would match. The upholstered headboard my husband wanted was separate from the nightstands and dresser I wanted. We weren't sure if the pieces would work as they were in different sections of the store. To her credit, Tamara did answer quickly and approved of our pieces. When the bedroom set and separate headboard were delivered it was clear that the pieces do not complement each other at all. What Tamara failed to recognize or inform us is that the lighting in furniture stores is vastly different than the lights people have in their homes. The gray headboard with blue/cool undertones does not compliment the gray wooden night stands/dresser as they have reddish brown/warm undertones. I wish Angie's List could let me attach a picture as one looke and it's clear. Plus the night table stands are way too big for the space. To make matters worse the store we bought from has a no return policy for all items bought in the store. Now obviously Tamara is human and allowed to make mistakes but when I reached out to her to express that the pieces didn't work and wanted to sell some of the items, her response was apathetic and completely dissolved of helping to rectify the problem. She offered no solutions whatsoever. I wish we had just stopped at the consult and only lost out on $250 when I thought her advice was worthless. Instead of worthless advice I now have a $6000 mess. PS I will try to leave her a Google review so I can attach a photo of our bedroom along with a Screen shot of her approving the pieces."

"We contracted Thomas in March of 2022. We paid 8K for engineering drawings (that were never reviewed or signed off by us) but yet we chose to move forward with his contracted price. (Bad choice in judgement) I gave him our ORIGINAL HOME SCHEMATICS AND ALL ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS WHICH HE LOST WITH THE MANY HIRES AND FIRES HE DID. The designers we met along with several other project managers, were a multitude of people we never saw again. I paid for a designer, yet I finally went to a store and chose my own material WAY UNDER BUDGET (which meant more overhead profit for West Coast) We had so many things budgeted in to this 80k bedroom remodel project that he tried to make change orders for and charge us extra for like venting a bathroom fan to code. I caught too many errors to count on our drawings during construction (that were never reviewed) we needed a handicapped bathroom but yet the doorways were built too small. The ten months of Ridiculousness that were supposed to be 2-3 months lost is too long to put in a review. He then tried to get final payment when the permit wasn’t even closed out and put a mechanics lien on my home fraudulently signed by his office person. This has all been turned into the states attorney. Buyer beware!"

"Perfectly. Lisa, interior decorator, arrived in timely fashion. Conducted a thorough overview of situation. Made excellent recommendations. Very tasteful choices within budget. Mike, installer, also arrived on time 3 business days later. Installation went without a hitch in two hours. 5 Windows (2 doubles , 1 single). 2 sliding doors (1 single, 1 double). Very happy with results. Big improvement! Thanks."
