We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

When they ran into problems, as is always the case in an old house, Mason helped us solve the problems in efficient ways. The project and every detail was complete in 4-5 weeks, just in time for my family’s visit. The client has to purchase everything and have it available when ready for installation. It would be helpful to consult a designer and/or someone who can provide guidance on the quality and appropriateness of certain choices of bathroom fixtures, tiles, cabinets, etc. Mason was very accommodating and patient as we went through the project."
