Professional, polite, punctual, careful. VERY responsive when a last minute scheduling change popped up. Very thorough wrapping, genorous padding for fragile items like pictures in frames. I had been reusing boxes from work, one had been marked “basura”, Spanish for “trash”. I had crossed it out but two different workers asked me about it just to be sure. Warehouse staff very helpful and friendly when I went there for extra boxes. I would hire again in a heartbeat!

I used 495 movers to help with my move. The team was professional and friendly. We were able to talk through boxes or items (tv) that required special care. All boxes and processions were handled carefully, which was especially helpful, because they moved from 3 storage units; followed by a townhome. I would hire 495 Movers again and have already recommended their services to friends.

These guys were awesome. Showed up on time and worked until the job was done. All of our stuff was protected and no damage - either to our possessions or to our home. They were super careful and thorough. Would use them again in a heartbeat. The job took much longer than the initial estimate - Only negative.
