Our LG above stove microwave stopped heating. Lucky from Reliance Repair came out and gave us an estimate. He arrived on time. His estimate was reasonable. When he received the part, he returned on time and worked diligently to repair the problem. He was polite, respectful. Overall, an excellent repair experience. Highly recommended.

The repairman diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it with speed and accuracy. The entire process took less than 30 minutes.

Reliance Repair was great. There was some water collecting in the space underneath my dishwasher filter and I was unsure what the problem was. I filled out an online request after hours and Reliance Repair contacted me the next morning. They were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Lucky called me on the way to my house and when I described the problem in more detail he said the water collection was likely normal, but he continued with the inspection and confirmed that there was nothing that needed to be repaired. He explained everything to me and even suggested things I could do to make the dishwasher run better. I appreciate how responsive and honest this company was.

Lucky was quite knowledgeable on exactly what was wrong with our washing machine and the cost of replacing each part necessary. He advised us that the cost to repair our washer was more than it was worth and recommended a few new washers. Excellent price and maybe the only honest contractor I've ever met! Highly recommend!!
