We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. I was given Bold Brothers' information from a friend who had recently used them for her roof. Jake Siebold came out to inspect our roof. Jake's level of knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He was on time and extremely courteous. Jake explained that our roof foundation boards were severely compromised and would not hold up under winter snowstorms. With that information, we decided to act quickly. Jake and his team were extremely efficient and had us scheduled for our new roof within a week. His crew showed up on time and worked the entire time, even as the sun was setting. They completed our new roof and gutter installs in two days. They spent extra time making sure all the roof debris was picked up before they wrapped up the project.
