"Awesome!! Gave quote of new roof and also just to fix it. Very honest about dealing with insurance and whether or not the roof would be covered by claim. I chose just to repair the roof and work was performed quickly and thoroughly. I also had some issues with a gutter that needed rerouting. The gutters were all complete in 1/2 hour!!!! Amazing! "In April 2021, we had a large silver maple split in half, with a large branch landing on our roof. The tree company that removed it quickly looked at the roof and said no need to file a claim, since the branch didn’t go all the way through. Fast forward to June 2021, we decided to have an actual roofer come out and look at it. We came across ACR and Peter came out. He was able to see the branch had gone all the way through, as well as extensive hail damage. We were getting ready to put our house on the market, so we knew we needed to get it resolved. We filed a claim and our insurance company quoted us $900 to fix the patch. Peter was very knowledgeable and knew that the shingle we had up there was no longer in production, so a simple patch job wouldn’t work. He and Tom fought tooth and nail for us to get the entire roof replaced! After going back and forth with our insurance company for months, who refused to pay the entire amount, Tom personally called me and the company ate the $1,000 that insurance wouldn’t pay. I was blown away with the professionalism, kindness, and care of the company. They got the entire room and front gutters replaced within a couple of days and were some of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. I would not only recommend them, but will never go with another roofing company again!show more

"Excellent! James met with me to examine my roof, and then came out again to meet with me and the insurance adjuster. He explained the process before I ever signed anything, from the City's requirements to cleanup. Once the work started, my older neighbor across the street would come outside and check out the work being done, and he was really impressed with how thorough the work crew was at tearing off my old roof and completely cleaning the debris before they started installing the new roof. The crew was polite, and James checked the work throughout the day. From the first time James came to the house until the roof was installed, the entire process took 5 weeks. "Superb! I would hire Integrous for any roofing project. I had used Integrous about 8 years ago to replace two roofs on townhouses I owned. I was very pleased with the work. The latest project involved a hail damaged roof on a four unit townhouse building. Once again, all aspects of the work went above and beyond what was required - from the initial roof inspection, to the bidding process (Ingegrous beat 5 other bidders for the work), to scheduling the work, communication regarding progress, handing a few unexpected matters, and delivering an absolutely stunning product. This is a company you can trust. David White was the person who we dealt with and I would give him an A++ for everything he did to to make this project a success. "We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors.show more
