I am very pleased with the service that I recieved. Ricardo was very prompt calling back and coming out to do estimate. Completed work as agreed and I am happy with the results. I am happy with the charges. I would recommend him in a minute and will use him in the future.

I'm late placing this review, but this guy came out quickly and fixed my leaks for a very reasonable amount. I plan on using this guy for my roofing needs from here on out.

They did a repair. Contact with them was poor. With this past rain storm, it showed that the repair wasn't complete. It took them 3 days to respond to me. They said someone would come out to look at it and they never did.

Ricardo called within a half hour of my posting on this site, showed up 45 minutes later, and half an hour later, my roof stopped leaking. I was very pleased to have a stressful situation dealt with no quickly and effectively. I thought the estimate for the permanent repair was a bit high, so I will get multiple bids.

Ricardo and his crew are very professional and conscientious. They went above and beyond to make my particular situation work. I will definitely use them again.

I selected Quality V Construction for 2 reasons: Ricardo responded to my request the very day I contacted him. He was professional, punctual and thorough - as he got on the roof to inspect the entire area and then gave me a proposal for the repair I wanted. Ricardo and his helper removed the old gutter the afternoon he promised, returned the following morning and completed the job. As the house was scheduled for re-painting the following week, I did not request a color... but he took the time to match the trim with fresh paint anyway. I tested for leaks a few days later, discovered a small drip in the corner. Ricardo responded quickly and re-sealed the area. I am extremely pleased with the efficient and conscientious workmanship displayed by Ricardo and his assistant. Work was good but timeliness and cleanup was a problem. Weather was somewhat a factor, but little communication during project. I had to remind work crew of what was to be done based on the estimate. Also final price was $150 over estimate.

Excellent workmanship and product but had a language barrier with the office and a promised update call never happened.. Overall very pleased.

Work took a little longer than expected and not vto happy about clean up. The communication seemed to be difficult at times work was good.

Ricardo came right out and fixed the problem. Thanks for a good job.

I was very pleased with Quality V Construction. Richardo is an honest business man with integrity. I was very leery about roofers since you hear horror stories about them but this was not the case. I would recommend him to anyone. The only thing was that the work started a week later than I thought it would but was completed in 4 days. I had a shake roof and about 3500 sq. ft of roofing so it was a pretty big job. They worked til about 7:00 every evening and on the last day did not completely clean up. I called Quality V and Richardo came out Saturday morning and cleaned everything included washing down the driveway.

The owner came to estimate the job. He was knowledgeable and polite. He gave me a bid on the spot and I chose aluminum gutters for my project. His bid was very reasonable. He also gave me a 10% senior discount. This was a savings and appreciated. The gutters were installed and they did a good job. There were communiacaton issues. Took repeated contacts to get job scheduled. Theninstalled steel gutters instead of aluminum (which cost more). We worked it out . Would probably use them again, but if you do, be very clear in advance about the order and price; be sure before they start to install that you got the correct materials.

They replaced the gutters and downspouts and repaired /replaced water-damaged facia boards, soffets, and front porch overhang where wood had rotted. They replaced damaged portions of facia board and soffets. The gutter above front porch had slope increased to optimum drainage and improved discharge at front of house. They offered a ten per cent senior discount, which made them the lowest price. They should be noted somehow for their discount for seniors.
