We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. Despite the roof being installed a few years back by a different roofing company, Nick Davies of GreenPoint Roofing came out and inspected the damaged areas and the rest of the roof. He found that only the missing shingle areas were affected and no other damage to the roof existed. A GreenPoint roof repair person came out and repaired the damaged areas and re-inspected the entire roof confirming that there was no further damage to the roof of any kind.
