Both the owner Frank and on-site manager Luis were excellent communicators throughout the project. Luis and his crew worked hard during hot weather, and did a careful jub. The estimate for total duration was off, but Luis explained why he needed more time due to un-anticipated problems with the existing, non-optimal sprinkler system. "Unbelievable experience with Rock N Block. We went back and forth for a while on if we wanted to do turf or just continue to try and grow grass in our small front yard. Ultimately, the dog tracking in mud this spring was a breaking point for us and we contacted Rock N Block. We started working with Paul, who walked us through the process and gave us a ton of ideas on how best to implement not only the turf, but other pieces of our yard as well. After we pulled the trigger on the turf, Paul was in close contact with us on the next steps and connected us with Chris, who came over for final measurements and day-of logistics.
