Over the years, he has either fixed or replaced our water heaters, fixed a very leaky toilet- which meant we did not have to replace it, installed a bathroom sink, and even came out for emergency repairs! Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, and another time our water heater had burst. Brett was there for us. He does exceptionally well with repairs, explaining things, clean up, and I’ve never had to call him back for the same issue. When he fixes things, they run well! He was the main reason we went with Rooter Guy. They were the most expensive of the quotes we received ( we had 4 estimates). The solutions Gary provided were the least intrusive to our plumbing disaster. The work they completed is wonderful and we feel very confident the repair will last for a very long time!
