"Juan did an excellent job on my home repair. He was fast and friendly. I will hire him again. ~Marvina~"

"Jim went above and beyond in his customer service, he worked with me to fit my schedule, came out on a Saturday morning and was extremely efficient. He instructed me on all the steps he was taking to fix my issue (poorly patched drywall that looked terrible) and was able to fix everything to give it a look as if it it were new. Hands down, no one I've worked with before has been better than Jim DeCuzzi at what he does. Very friendly, very efficient, and extremely capable and knowledgeable. If you need work done on your home, he's the guy you want to call."

"Joe worked quickly to handle repairs I requested."

"Greg Bohrer was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to make the repairs before he actually made them. After completing the repairs he went back and tested him to make sure everything worked well as it should be."

"Mark is a problem solver. He was able to look at multiple different projects, find the appropriate parts, and make the repairs. When his original diagnosis did not provide a complete fix, he went right to work looking into next steps. He is honest and has a decent sense of humor as well. Will hire again."

"Responded quickly, showed up on time, and was able to efficiently fix my door. Reinforced other areas of the hinges in order to ensure future stability."

"Very professional and did quality work."

"friendly and professional....able to save money by repairing rather than replacing"

"Leo at Msite Property Services has done an incredible job. We have had many small to medium sized projects he has helped out on. His attention to detail and ability to come up with solutions has been really helpful. We would definitely recommend Msite for any residential and small commercial needs."

"Our dishwasher overflowed and caused a metric ton of damage. Once the water mitigation and demolition was done, we called Maxim to do the rebuild. Calling Maxim was absolutely the right choice! Matthew was fantastic. He called back right away and set up a time to walk through the project. He took extra time to answer all of our questions, plan out the work schedule for the project, and made sure it lined up to our needs. Throughout the process, his and his team's attention to detail was clear: they created a bit of sawdust, and not only did his team clean up the mess, they left the whole area cleaner than they started. They noticed one of our doorknobs was a bit loose as they were entering and exiting, and they stopped to fix it on the spot. Matthew tarped off the areas he was working in and made sure to minimize the impact of his work on our home. He went the extra mile and used better materials in rebuilding our cabinet to make sure if another leak happened again, it would stay contained to the cabinet rather than causing massive damage. He kept us informed on when he'd be out, and kept his word on when he'd show up. I absolutely plan on hiring him for future projects."
