Brian Dewald handled our project professionally and compassionately. We had to replace the roof prior to sale of house. Timing was a big issue as well as filing a lawsuit claim against shingle manufacturer. Brian went above and beyond to get the roof replaced and assistance with paper work for the claim. His quote and price of roof was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. The new owners were happy and we did get fair compensation from the shingle company, all thanks to Brian and his team

We hired Red Diamond Roofing to replace our roof following a significant hail storm. We looked at five other companies, but ultimately selected Red Diamond. All the companies had been in business for at least 10 years, but the distinction for the rest was Mathew Wright. Mathew provided a thorough explanation of the entire process, beginning to the end, and answered every question I asked in an easy to understand fashion. To my surprise, everything took place just as Mathew described. Best part of the whole project, I didn't have to engage with my insurance company--Red Diamond did it all. Tyler Calomino made an appointment and was right on time. His estimate was the best of the four I received. He also supervised the job from start to finish. Their material used, for my roof, was the best. Their clean-up afterward was excellent. Tyler Calomino came out when all was done and checked all work was done properly and he performed another clean-up to make sure nothing had been missed. I wholeheartedly recommend Red Diamond Roofing!

This is the second time I have used Red Diamond to do a roof replacement. Ed was my Project Manager and he did a great job explaining all the options to me, dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated though the entire process. Their prices are competitive, the crew worked efficiently, and their cleanup after the job was spotless. Top quality work! I hope I donâ t need yet another roof, but if I do I would not hesitate to use Red Diamond again. I highly recommend them.

These guys were absolutely great to work with. Project was completed n time, and they took care of dealing with the insurance company. I barely had to do anything. They were courteous, respectful and cleaned up every piece of trash before they left. Even rolled around 2 giant magnets to make sure there were no nails in my grass. The roof looks great. We had Brian Dewald as our main contact at Red Diamond. Not only did he make sure inspections were done properly, and thoroughly by the insurance company, but he also personally made sure they covered all the required work that needed to be done. When the began, Red Diamond was also right n time with material delivery, removal of the old roof and installation of the new. When the work was done, I was amazed at the care they took in cleanup making sure my kids and pets were safe from any hidden material that would have remained.

Iâ ve worked with Red Diamond and Brian Dewald twice now. Once after the 2017 hail storm and again in September of 2020 when my mothers home needed a roof and gutters installed before she closed on her sale. Both times Brian went above and beyond to insure everything was was handled in a professional manner and to the highest of standards. We had hail damage to our roof last year 2019. We asked our homeowners insurance company for recommendation for a roofing company. They strongly recommended Red Diamond Roofing. After checking with some of our neighbors, we hired them. Mr. Brian Dewald was the project manager. He gave us the step-by-step process from start to finish. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Brian Dewald and Red Diamond Company. The office called us several times to make sure everything was in place. They did a great job removing and installing the roof. Also, they installed all new boots on the pipes and roof ventilation, and painted pipes and vents with similar color of roof. The roof looks great after completion. They also cleaned the gutters and yard nicely. We strongly recommend Red Diamond roofing. It is a Five-Star company.

We had our roof replaced this past fall, and ended up using Red Diamond Roofing. Our consultant, Christian Olson was an absolute pleasure to work with... from the initial visit/consultation all the way through the process, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. Hopefully we won't have to replace our roof again any time soon, but if we do I would definitely plan to use Red Diamond again! Highly recommended!

Following extensive investigation, discussion with prior clients, and review of credentials we were pleased to select Red Diamond Roofing to replace our old roof which had been damaged by a severe hail storm in June of 2018. Luckily, although the roof had been badly damaged it did not leak; we were among thousands of homeowners in our area who suffered the same event. Because we had replaced an earlier roof in 1995, also as the result of hail, we did not realize immediately that our â newâ roof had been damaged because in 1995 our insurance company had voluntarily paid >1/3 more in insurance coverage than was required in order that we receive a much higher quality roof in theory more resistant to hail. It was late fall of 2018 when we finally decided to have our roof checked, only to find that it did in fact require replacement. Due our late action we were not able to replace the roof until the spring of 2019; during the interim we did our homework and concluded that we wanted to work with Red Diamond, one of the contractors who had bid on our roof. We were and have been completely delighted and impressed by Red Diamond and Mathew Wright, our Project Manager from the inception of the project. Mathew was diligent, hard-working, always available at any time of the day (even on weekends) and oversaw every detail to our complete satisfaction, including helping to persuade our insurance carrier to once again increase the settlement amount so that our new roof was of the finest materials available, at significantly more cost than simple replacement! Although our roof took longer to be installed due to the winter of 2018/2019, Mathew never left of wondering what our status was, and as soon as weather permitted, he arranged for us to have the work start as soon as it was safe to do so. We love our new roof, itâ s handsome and distinct and stands out in our neighborhood, and we get many compliments from visitors, neighbors, and requests to know about the roof and who installed it. After discovering hail damage on a rental property, I contacted a few roofing companies to get quotes. Red Diamond roofing quickly made me an appointment with Mark Lewis who was out the next day. Mark took the time to explain the whole roof claims process and while performing the inspection of the roof, also alerted me to other issues that would need addressing. Mark did not attempt to upsell me on any services and in fact in one instance recommended I find another contractor for some additional work as they could get things done faster and more cost effectively than his crew. I really appreciated his attention to detail and ability to convey information to me in an easy-to-understand manner. I ended up going with a non-standard tile color but Mark made it work and provided me all the information necessary to have my current insurance company (a different one than covered the hail damage) approve the discount for impact resistance. Mark kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and after any email or phone call responded to me within a few hours. Where we had schedule conflicts for in person meeting, Mark worked to make things easier on my end. Red Diamond roofing already had a good reputation prior to my selection of them as a roofing contractor. My experience with the project manager, Mark Lewis only further cements in my mind that their reputation is well deserved and I always mention them and my experience when discussing roof work with friends and family.
