We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. "In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom.
