"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project.
