"In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. We began by contacting Bold Brothers Roofing since they had just finished replacing a roof across the street and our neighbors were very pleased. Jake came out, inspected our roof, took photographs and explained in great detail why a new roof was necessary. Canâ t say enough good things about Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing. When I called Dave Wakins, he came the same day to inspect the roof and said the roof indeed needed replacement due to hail damage and was able to find the date the hail storm came through. He took photos and prepared an insurance claim. The claim was thorough enough that there was no debate with the insurance company. My tenants were on vacation and I asked Dave to replace the roof while they were gone, just over 1 week from the first contact. He was done by the requested date. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process.
