We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. My daughter and I recently purchased my father's home after his passing. My father had replaced his roof within the past 8-9 years after a hailstorm. They spent extra time making sure all the roof debris was picked up before they wrapped up the project.
