They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! That’s why it feels so good to have such a great, easy & worry free experience! I would absolutely recommend Consolidated Construction for all your home construction needs!!!"

"If I could leave - stars for Randy Hartland stucco repair I would. He was the worst ever spending most of his day hitting on my wife and eventually tearing our family apart!!! Randy Hartland is a very nonprofessional unlicensed contractor who can?t see out of one eye and did a horrible job with many flaws and left me with no family and I have heard since this that he has done the same thing to many other families"

"Easy communication. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed where there is no attic access. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."

And while there are no accolades for being second-round mold recipients, we hit the jackpot in working with All Clear. We have worked with other companies only to be left with poor communication, a tendency to be overcharged, and dishonesty. Beckett was available almost 24/7 to answer questions via text and live calls.
