"Amazing that they completed job in one day! (wall in front of garage was completely redone (R&R) and patching around garage door and under one window). They matched the existing sand finish. The "feathering" in of the new stucco to the old looks good. From a scheduling standpoint I would recommend they provide more of an advance notice for scheduling (i.e. 2 days vs. 1day) and positively let the customer know they are on the schedule."

They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again.
