"Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text)."

They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. "By taking under consideration that this remodeling project was done in the heart of our house, and we decided not to leave the house while the work was in progress and to live here, Be Green Remodeling (Team and supervisor) were able to demolish, design and reconstruct the kitchen with extra attention to keep the other parts of the house without any damage. "Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."

"I had Sprayco painting the exterior of my house and a 1000+ sq ft of wooden deck. I could not have been any happier with the work they performed. Salomon and his crew did an outstanding job for a fair price. To begin with, Salomon was very flexible with adjusting dates to accommodate for bad weather. He went above and beyond to paint small segments of the area to help me coordinate the color selection and offered his opinion, which was always spot on. He is very detailed oriented and always willing to accommodate extra requests and perform fixes after the final walkthrough. Besides painting the house's exterior, he also changed some deck poles that were wobbly and cracking us. Once again, they did an excellent job! Overall I had a great experience with Sprayco, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your painting needs.
