We could not be more pleased with the work from Kyle Beym Home Improvement. Kyle himself is very professional, came out to discuss the job, timeframe, and exactly what we wanted done. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient to us. We scheduled so that work would be done while we were out of town. Kyle Beym and his employees were very clear in their communications and forthcoming in what we could expect. The work they did was top notch, the job was completed on time, they were very thorough in cleaning up after the work was done (before we came back home), and it was so exciting to come home to ceiling that had been retextured, painted, and with new recessed lights and ceiling fan installed. We were blown away by the quality of the work. You will not be sorry with this company!

This was our second time hiring Kyle for work at our house; and would definitely hire again.

We had a kitchen fire. The insurance company tore the kitchen down to the studs, no ceiling, no floor. Kyle and his crew came in and gave us our perfect kitchen. He had done our bathroom for us when we purchased our home in 2017 also. His quality is top-notch and his prices are similar to other quotes we received. His crew are all so professional. We will continue to call him as we continue to improve our home.

Kyle's team, Arturo and Alex, did a great job on my renovation projects. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Every afternoon they would clean up their work areas - they actually looked better than they did before they started. The timeline that Kyle provided when he did his bid was very accurate - about 5 working days. The only downside was trying to get work scheduled during a pandemic. I had delays getting my new vanity and sink delivered, and had to delay the start. Then, when I was ready, Kyle had other jobs scheduled, so we didn't get started for almost 2 months.

Perfectly! Kyle was easy to work with. Because I purchased most of the items needed, we did not need to talk often. Also, his workers were excellent - on time or early always. They were, obviously, very experienced because they just worked and never wasted time. It was a wonderful experience and the bathroom is everything I wanted and more.

Kyle and his team are great people. Kyle is sincere, kind and knowledgeable in his field. His people came to work every day, never missed. They were on time, and the renovation was delivered as scheduled or earlier. The best thing about this company that they worked at my house until the job was finished. They worked from Monday thru Saturday, approx. 8-10 hours per day. The crew are all experienced, polite, and listened well as work progressed. The cost was reasonable, right on our planned budget. Thanks to Kyle and his men. Thanks to all the hard work, the clean up, the easy, laugh, and fun to talk to guys....the stress of going thru the renovation is now my enjoyment of the new bathroom (conversion from tub to standing shower), and amazing new kitchen. My next project with Kyle will be my new floor. Im looking forward to meeting Kyle and his team again at any time. Definitely Kyle and his company are the one to go to when come to Home Improvement.

On time and overall a great job.

The job went better than expected. My husband is a very picky person concerning work being done on the house, he was impressed by the work done. The workers were very respectful, cleaned up, attention to detail, and got the job done in a timely matter. When the job was completed, we were beyond happy! I am definitely going to use Kyle again for our second bathroom.

I hired Kyle for a $14,000 home remodeling project based on reviews from Angie's List and Yelp, and overall, I am satisfied with the work Kyle and his team performed and I feel like I got my money's worth. Below are my thoughts: 1. Timeliness: Kyle's crew showed up on time every day and stuck to the schedule. The entire project stayed mostly on track. Things were slightly delayed due to city inspection, but that was a factor beyond Kyle's control. So definitely an A there. 2. Quality of work - I had three major projects in this remodeling, and below are my thoughts on them: a. Conversion of a bedroom into a mudroom/entry room to garage: For some reason this new house I bought did not have an access door from garage directly into the house, so I hired Kyle to remedy this by turning a bedroom that shares a common wall with the garage into a mud room with an access door. Job involved cutting the wall open and installing a fire rated entry door, as well as removing old wall paper and repainting the room. This job was done very well and definitely an A there. b. Bathroom remodeling: I also had Kyle remove an old bathtub & tile surround and replace it with a new jacuzzi tub, new tiles and an updated tub door. We also had the toilet repositioned as well. Final quality of work was very nicely done and we were very pleased with how the new tiles turned out. Regrettably, the new bath tub got a small 1" size scratch on one of the rim and I had to touch up paint it afterwards. So A-/B+ there due to my new tub getting scratched up during tile installation. c. House electrical upgrade: I had Kyle and his crew installing an 100 amp subpanel with 2x 50 amp outlets in the garage for EV charging. I also had multiple new outlets installed throughout the house. All the newly installed outlets worked very well and I am pleased with the results. However, after all the electrical work were done, three of my outlets in the house lost power due to a "open neutral". To make a long story short, Kyle's crew tried to trouble shoot it for the better part of a day but couldn't figure out what caused it. All the worker could say is that he doesn't think it was caused by their work. As this happened at the very end of the entire remodeling project and I was uncertain whose fault it was, I ended up just letting it go. Subsequently I did more troubleshooting on my own and after several hours of trial-and-error testing using a multimeter, I found a loose neutral wire in a bathroom switch box Kyle's crew worked on. The loose neutral wire was covered up by a bunch of other wire and wire nuts in the switch box. Once that wire was reconnected, the three dead outlets became functional again. My guess is that the wire got shaken loose when Kyle's crew swap out the switches in that box with new light and fan switches, and no one realized it because that wire was buried behind other wires. I can understand how Kyle's worker missed it while trying to trouble shoot this issue. However, I'm still a bit miffed that I end up having to fix this problem myself. Thus, while the newly installed outlets are great, I am not too thrilled with the fact that his worker knocked a wire loose while changing out bathroom switches and couldn't fix the problem. So on this part of the project, I would give Kyle's team an A on the new outlets and C for causing collateral damage on my other outlets that I had to fix myself. 3. Conclusion - other than the problems with the loose neutral wire and the scratch to the new tub noted above, everything else went smoothly. Thus, in light of the scope of this remodeling project, I decided that these two issues are minor and don't detract too much from the overall success. Thus, I ended up giving Kyle and his crew an A- overall.

This is the second home remodel project that Kyle Beym Home Improvement has done for us. We were so impressed with our exterior home renovation they did a few years ago, that we contacted the company again when we were ready to remodel one of our bathrooms. They were by far the lowest bid, and once again excelled in quality of work and end project. The crew was hardworking and respectful, working long hours and always cleaning up at the end of each day. We were once again pleased with the responsiveness to all questions and changes we made as the remodel was underway, and the bathroom was finished in the time frame that was estimated at the start of the project. The bathroom turned out even better than we had hoped! We are so pleased with the remodel that we can’t wait to do the rest of the bathrooms in our home.

Kyle and his team are top notch in their field and to say that I’m satisfied with their work is an understatement. Kyle’s crew was always on time during the duration of this renovation, responsive to all inquiries and I highly recommend them for any renovation project. I will surely use Kyle again in the future!

I AM OVER THE MOON PLEASED! This was the third time I had hired Kyle and his excellent crew to remodel a house for me. It was a huge job, that entailed a lot of very careful restoration, on a 1920 Craftsman Arts and Crafts home. The home had a fire in the past, and had never been properly remediated. There were burnt beams and joists that need to be repaired as well as a lot of water damage that occurred when putting out the fire. To see the house today, you'd never imagine the state it was in when I purchased it. IT IS NOW, KNOCK OUT GORGEOUS! I had tried to find someone who was good at and understood the difference between remodeling and restoration. Other contractors I spoke to, wanted to remove all of the architectural components of a craftsman house. They clearly didn't understand restoration! Kyle himself lives in a Craftsman home, and understood my concerns. He and his guys did exactly the kind of work I wanted. His lead man on my job, Arturo, and his cousin Phillipe took on every challenge I threw at them, and executed each job perfectly. These guys are so talented, resourceful, and willing, it made working with them a real pleasure! Although some of the original parts and pieces of the home Were salvageable, Many had sustained too much damage to save. Arturo, a master at woodworking, managed to make reproduction built-ins, cabinets, moldings and casings. He made from scratch, period style casement windows and window screens as well. My home did not originally come with a fireplace, and when I showed him a period craftsman fireplace with built in cabinet surrounds, he made me one so perfectly done, no one would ever know it wasn't period to the home. To see this house today, you might think it is an all original well kept home from the 1920's, which is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, I'd like to say what a pleasure it was having Kyle's crew in my home! They were here 6 days a week for 8 months. They were the most respectful and caring guys, and totally trustworthy! As a woman on her own, I have in the past been treated very badly by construction companies and their employees. These guys were completely the opposite! So easy going and willing to take on any challenge! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Start to finish 6 days as promised. Installed cement backer board and large format tile on two adjacent walls. Built shower pan and curb, sealed it, and installed mosaic floor. Installed shower controls and fixtures. Each day protective covering was put down on our wood floors and bathroom vanity and cleaned up! I liked that Kyle was easy to contact and that his team were dedicated to our remodel for the week and they were friendly and helpful regarding my questions and comments. I really couldn't really ask for a better experience. I provided the tile and shower fixtures.

I wish I could remember the name of the guy that Kyle sent because he was awesome! After a string of less than qualified handymen, this guy was refreshing. He got the work done, and I could easily see he knew exactly what he was doing. I'm trying to hire him again!! The only problem is that they seem really busy.

Kyle Beym Home Improvement exceed all expectations! We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. His was amazing, kind, accommodating and very cost-effective. A+++ across the board and a true professional in everything he does. Thank you, Kyle! You made our remodel of our home that much more exceptional

The work is progressing. They beat my contractor estimates. They are extremely professional, and understanding of our needs. They show up every day and work at least 10-hours Monday thru Sunday. They are on track to meet our project deadline so we can soon move in. What is most outstanding about this company is their communication. I am all about communication. I receive updates and questions or concern text messages nearly every three hours, which I love. Great communication avoids mistakes. Great workmanship!

I have used Kyle twice now, and each time I was very pleased with the job of his handyman. I moved into a new home about a year ago that required multiple finishing touches, such as installing doorstops, bathroom cabinets, replacing trim, installing a ceiling fan etc. I recently used Kyle again for some ongoing maintenance projects. I found his price to be very reasonable, and the work to be high quality. Our handyman was Gregorio each time, and he is amazing! I would recommend Kyle's team to friends and family for sure.

All of the work was done well. Kyle is very professional and attentive to any or all concerns you will have to the work you want him to do.

The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later.

The finished product turned out great. Kyle is very professional and responsive.

Great Job, professional and Kyle was very responsive. It wasn't a large job but he was aware I needed it done and offered his services when others stated it was too small of a job to take on. I truly appreciate his help reframing a bay window that was water damage and Gregorio did an excellent job.
