"Amazing that they completed job in one day! (wall in front of garage was completely redone (R&R) and patching around garage door and under one window). They matched the existing sand finish. The "feathering" in of the new stucco to the old looks good. From a scheduling standpoint I would recommend they provide more of an advance notice for scheduling (i.e. 2 days vs. 1day) and positively let the customer know they are on the schedule."

"My experience with Building in Harmony was overall a 10/10 as you know construction is not comfortable but they went out of their way to make it the most comfortable it can be. I got my driveway and backyard re done as well as re-doing the stucco on my house which was on my wish list for a long time. I was very hesitant about it but when Dana came out the first time I knew they where the one. They are very detailed and meticulous when it comes down to the finished product. We had walk through on the regular basis and every time I had a question someone was there to answer. They followed through with their completion date and finished earlier than i could have ever anticipated which is something that’s very hard to do with construction from what I have heard.Overall I’m super happy with the work and experience with them I can’t wait to start my next project with them! They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. My neighbor was so impressed with their work, that he hired ?All About Paint? to paint his house the following week.

We had just purchased our house and Nir came over and and provided us with a detailed, explained and professional estimate for the exterior paint job that we wanted which we wanted to do right after we moved in. With the quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing… we signed the agreement and gave him the approval to start. His crew arrived early to our house and started the work. They professionally prepped the walls at the house, fixed many stucco parts on the walls that needed to be fixed and continued to work even after the regular working hours in order to stay on time with the completion date. "Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."
