Felipe went over and beyond the requirements for the job. Once he started he found problem areas I did not know I had. He was willing to expand the scope of the job so I would receive a quality job. He was personable and punctual making him easy to work with. I will definitely use Felipe for any handyman jobs in the future.

He gave us an estimate then went to Home Depot to get supplies, for which we paid. He spread a drop cloth on entry pavement. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had. What went right? Cabinet leaning from wall, shower door track runner, drywall patched hole in bathroom wall, tissue holder replaced, kitchen faucet. Attempted to install bathroom sink faucets. Put hot on the cold side and vice versa. Handles in the wrong direction. Damaged faucets, had to replace both. Had a contractor and plumber check his work and he installed the faucets the wrong way. Wanted $150 charge to fix his mistake and buy new faucets and my expense. Misdiagnosed my dishwasher as having broken pump. Plumber said it was not. Asked him to fix can lights, he changed 1 light, turned on the switch and said I need an electrician. I didn't need him to change light bulb! Didn't even check light switch with a meter. This guy cost me more money in buying extra faucets and paying a plumber to fix his mistakes. Used a drill for hand tightened faucets handles, therefore stripping the threads, not returnable. Hire this guy for simple stuff. Asked, but no receipt given : (

Eddy was fast on returning my call he told me he had 25 yrs experience in construction we agreed on a day to come out he did was on time, came out showed him what I wanted done told him exactly what I wanted to change out on my siding he kept saying that the parts I wanted changed out were good that they needed repair only we came to a agreement of cost 4K 1/2 up front other half at finished and I would pay for my material he started work that day .When he was almost done for the day I questioned him about certain areas he was not doing according to what we agreed on he was doing less work and mickey mousing the job he scraped all the back of the house and no change out of the big panels that are termite damaged he said they were solid fast forward to the front of my house I questioned him about changing out a panel that he cut all crooked he said he could push it up to even out but then changed his mind said I gave him bad Energy and quit and took me for 2,000 he's a scammer
