After interviewing three different contractors, my husband and I hired Denali based on their reviews, our interaction with the owners Victor and Mayra and their fair pricing. We had a large wooden gazebo and birdhouse totally rebuilt to match our existing ones as well as some siding repair. Victor and his crew did an AMAZING job particularly on our two tiered detailed wooden gazebo with decorative molding and a cupola! We could not have been happier with the QUALITY of their workmanship. Victor showed up every morning to review our project with me and his crew. His crew, Andres, Miguel, Al and Andy did beautiful work! They arrived daily at 0730 and left promptly at 3:30. They were friendly, professional, respectful and workmanship was detail oriented. Their work area was always left very clean at the close of the day. Lastly...Victor's wife and Co-owner Mayra is GREAT! "We decided to replace the old original balcony off of one of our bedrooms. It was no longer safe and a definite eyesore on the front of our home! I put a request for quotes for our project onto Angi's. Almost immediately, I received a response from Ramos Construction. I set up an appointment with Avram to come and give us a quote. We intended to have at least three to four contractors give us a quote on the balcony rebuild. Avram and his son arrived on time, inspected the old balcony and explained his findings in detail. As we suspected, the old balcony was no longer safe. Avram gave us a couple options and his recommendations. We decided that the option that worked best for us was to demolish the old balcony and build a new balcony. Avram was so knowledgeable and so informative. He was able to show us pictures of other balconies that he had built so that we could understand more fully what he was recommending. It was quite apparent that he was an expert on balconies. He took the time to explain everything completely to us and answer all their questions. The quote he gave us was less than we were expecting and he gave a very reasonable time frame. We were so impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism, that we decided to go ahead and hire him. We saw no need to have any other contractors come give us a quote. Avram was able to start the demolition of the old balcony 2 weeks later. He explained that he does one project at a time and would never leave the current project to start work on another. We like that type of professionalism and we're confident that we would receive that same dedication to our project. We were amazed at how quickly he was able to demolish the old balcony and begin prep on the new one. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so there was one day he wasn't able to do much work due to rain. He used that day to pick up extra flooring supplies he would need, due to our asking that the balcony be extended. Even so, he and his sons were able to not only demolish and build a new balcony, but also do some other work for us, all in four days! Incredible!! Our new balcony is not only safe, it is beautiful and definitely adds curb appeal to our home. If you are interested in repairing or rebuilding a deck or balcony, I highly recommend Avram and his sons. They are friendly, informative, professional and fabulous contractors. "Start to finish 6 days as promised. Installed cement backer board and large format tile on two adjacent walls. Built shower pan and curb, sealed it, and installed mosaic floor. Installed shower controls and fixtures. Each day protective covering was put down on our wood floors and bathroom vanity and cleaned up! I liked that Kyle was easy to contact and that his team were dedicated to our remodel for the week and they were friendly and helpful regarding my questions and comments. I really couldn't really ask for a better experience. I provided the tile and shower fixtures."
