Mr. Mercado was prompt when questions were asked regarding the job to be done. Not having this type of work done before he was able to answer all of my questions. He arrived on time and the final granite work done is exceptional. Great to have Mr. Mercado doing the work. I will make sure to call him in the future for follow up work.

Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money. It was excellent value for money I highly recommend OC Marble for any type of granite or marble repair! Annie M

I wish your system had more than five stars because many more would be needed to rate Luis A. Mercado professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. Prior to Luis' visit, four experts in stone cutting told me that nothing could be done: that I had to replace the whole counter, change the stove, etc. With Luis' patient examination, precise measurement taking and calculation he found the simple solution how to solve the problem without changing the stove and installing the new counter. I recommend Luis more than highly. He is really an exception. Now, I know that many newcomers from the territory of the former Yugoslavia live in and around Pasadena. OC Marble restored my heavily used travertine floors to new condition.I'm extremely pleased! In addition, they were prompt, courteous, and affordable.

My granite countertop was heavily stained with deeply embedded grease all around the stovetop area. I bought the house this way, thinking I could clean it myself, but soon realized this is a specialized type of process. I also needed regrouting and polishing. Luis gave me a reasonable bid, showed up on time to do the work, and removed the stains, grouted, and polished. It looks great. My overall experience with OC Marble Restoration was very good. I highly recommend their services.
