Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Luis has done two jobs for us. The first one involved extensive roof repair, painting and cement replacement. The second job (ongoing now) is removing wood on the front of the house and stuccoing it Our third job will be remodeling our laundry room. He will remove a closet and cupboards and install new cabinets. He maintains a very clean work environment and does an excellent job. He has also offered helpful suggestions. Valencia Construction has done a great job for us.

He was a great communicator from the initial conversation until they finished the job. The quality of their work was superb and their pricing was very reasonable. We made changes along the way and Luis and his team had no problem adjusting to them. I canâ t say enough, it was a great experience for us.. I highly recommend them!
