"Felipe showed up to our initial appointment right on time and on a subsequent appointment let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late due to a traffic jam on the freeway. He performed all the work as expected and in a couple of instances went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done well. He had a crew of three individuals who worked with him and they were able to get the job done in the time that he had estimated. The wood and stucco repairs and the exterior painting were all done with limited disruption to the tenants of this rental house. "Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text)."

They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process!
