As an example, I asked about a gable fans but he identified that the roof was already well ventilated. He also did a great job educating me about blown insulation. He showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The only complaint I have was that his work crew knocked some of the recessed lighting around doing some minor cosmetic damage to the ceiling. I identified the damage and his solution was to reseat the fixtures without really fixing the damaged drywall."
