Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc.I reached out to three different pest control companies to take care of the mite issue we had with our daughter. She was being bitten all over her body for a few weeks before the doctor recommended that we have our home checked for mites. Out of all the three companies, Gold Standard was the one I felt most comfortable and confident with. Jameson was very friendly and knowledgeable and won us over almost instantly. Once hired, he inspected the home, found droppings, set traps for rodents, placed a mite aroma to kill mites, and successfully removed a rat from our home. He also built a new crawl space door and screwed it into the house so it would not come off. Overall, Jameson did a superb job and now that a month has passed since our last service, my daughter no longer has mite bites! We are so happy that he was able to solve the problem for us. Kyle came to my house in Brentwood and located a nasty rat that had found it’s way under my house and died. That right there ladies and gentlemen is a service that I found to be extremely valuable. Your local pest control service won’t find that dead animal and remove it for you. They just set and check traps and bounce. So….After removing the dead stinky rat, Kyle examined the crawl space and attic for any areas pests may gaining access….sealed em up. No more rat problems! The introductory meeting went very well. The representative, Stephan, was very professional, arrived on time and had a professional appearance. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out. He completed a thorough inspection and educated me with his findings and clearly proposed what his company could do to remove the mice. We signed up and are looking forward to being mouse free!

We called J&M Termite Control when we found termites in our garage roof. They scheduled us for an appointment with Home Inspector Louis Bimbi. He examined our home inside and out, from top to bottom including the attic and crawl space. All his findings were marked on a map of the house. Using the map, Louis walked me around the house pointing out both major and minor problem areas, prioritizing what need to be done first, etc.. We also received a complete report of the inspection. Without this inspection, we would not have known where and when to begin repairs.

Planet Orange is a very great company for termite control. I have been a customer for more than 5 years now. Because of their great service and treatment of termites, I still have a good house to live in. There are no more termites in the areas after they did the treatment. I have a three-story house. Some areas were very difficult to reach, but they found a way to do the treatment anyway. Planet Orange is the company you can count on for taking care of your home that has termites. I will highly recommend it to all the people I know!

Here are 3 reasons I am grateful I was able to find Carlos to help me with installations and repairs around our house: #1) Carlos puts in extra hours to do the installations and repairs with excellence and expertise. I am grateful I found his services. Previous handymen I hired, installied things in-correctly from the onset, but Carlos was able to correct these issues immediately. His 40 years of construction experience are evident in the fact that anything he works on is done so well and with such care, that there is no fault to be seen which instills confidence in me that everything that was done by him will last. His expertise is also evident in the recommendations he gives in terms of the quality of materials he chooses. When I had our kitchen remodeled, they put in a floor border made of chipboard that started deteriorating within days. Carlos made sure to replace these borders with wood that has a clean and solid look and feel. #2) If anything should go wrong during installation or replacement, he will do what is needed to take care of it immediately; in my case, the plumbing connections were so rusted under our kitchen faucet area, that they broke and sprayed water everywhere; Carlos shut off the water, and made sure the leaking stopped and was cleaned, before going over to Home Depot to bring back the replacement and installing it #3) Carlos is willing help you find the right product by being ready to meet you at the hardware store of your choice and giving his advice and information about product quality and appropriateness in terms of measurements. I am happy that I found someone who gives his all to home projects in terms of time and care, has the expertise to do these projects well, and is there to advice on and repair any additional problems that might arise.
