"Eco Guard is a fantastic organization with a great product and excellent client interaction. I've used them for 5 years and don't have any complaints. The price is reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. If any issues arise EG has been very quick to address and has shown a lot of integrity. Thanks very much for the great work!"

"I had the absolute best experience with Sophie's Pest control. After we installed a fridge water dispenser, by drilling holes in the wall, we ended up w/a roach issue. My roommate didn't think a natural treatment would work, but Sophie and her colleague Q knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, and I like that their products are non-toxic as well as scientifically based. They took care of the problem and I have been wanting to write a review! I wish their company all of the success in the world! Women AND locally owned, kind and professional! They really and truly heard me out, patiently heard my issues and were then VERY thorough, and stealth may I add! *Q saved the day w/the fridge coils! They really took time and explained things to me. Leading up to the visit, they were also extremely helpful, answering my questions about the process. Thanks again, Sophie, Q and Jeri, for making our homes and places of business safer, cleaner and without pests. Stress free solution!"

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . He is a very pleasant guy and I would highly recommend using him again if needed .R Blecher"

"The owner of Ratting and Rodents and his employees are very much a professional when it comes to explaining, researching, and having plenty of suggestions for me that I could do with my home and very patient with me regarding my questions. Cesar has so much passion when it came to finalizing my very terrible yet very serious rat and rodent infestation. Sterilization was most important for me. All my concerns were taken care of by Cesar immediately and with future appointments that are coming up in the near future. They offer a free inspection and are open 24 hour emergency service calls. We were very happy with the scope of service provided, pricing and would highly recommend. Cesar thank you again for your epic customer service and professionalism! I have recommended him and Ratting on Rodents to my neighbors and when asked by others. Thank you Ratting and Rodents!"

"This company is the best I have ever experienced! So responsive, professional and amazing! They responded so fast to us and they took care of the issue! The cusotomer service is the best! Usually these days customer support is not good but this company is amazing! We had a major rat problem and they not only got rid of them but they figured out how they were coming in and stopped them as well as set rat traps!"

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Did a thorough job fast and clean I highly recommend this company"

"Very fast and quality service. After completing the survey on Home Advisor i've received a call from them in a few minutes and scheduled an inspection for the next day. Few days later the house was already covered up. There was a very clear communication channel throughout the process. Thank you for the great service!"

"Very professional. He reassured us he could get rid of our rat problem and he did! I will recommend him to anyone who mentions a rat problem. Very competent and a pleasure to deal with."
