Steve was great and efficient. He did a thorough evaluation and pointed out all current access points as well as potential future concerns. He set traps and came back three times to check on the traps and reset them if needed. I would hire them again if we would have similar issues.

It is weird to say, but Critter Control is my favorite business to work with for my home. They have been extremely professional, always on time, and very thorough. The prices are reasonable, and they explain not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it. Would recommend emphatically.

We worked with a few people from Critter Control, but primarily Michael. Everyone we spoke to and saw in person was incredibly helpful and informative. They responded to our initial request quickly, set up a time, came on time, showed us how to work our traps and release any mistakenly caught neighborhood cats or squirrels. They came quickly every time we caught an animal and reset the traps. They were so quiet that we didn't even know they had come a few times until we saw the new traps!

Tech was on time, and his site survey was comprehensive. Tech explained what he found, and proposed remediation plan. Very professional and friendly.

The vents and a soffit were fixed beautifully and the rodent problem was solved. The employee was always prompt, cordial, and informative. Expensive, but worth it.

After a construction project, we needed to evict raccoon and skunk families which had taken up residence under our house. Within three days, several of them have been trapped and removed and the process continues. Critter control is a very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive company. Thank you to Jake, Mike, and Chris for your speedy response and ongoing care.

This company is amazing they are prompt professional and make such an unpleasant necessity so much better. They really know what they are doing and took care of the problem right away.

Beautifully! Poor critter was brought into the house by a dog. Then it disappeared under the sofa. I wasn't brave enough to get it out by myself at 11 pm at night. The next morning I called Critter Control. Chris arrived earlier than the appointment was scheduled. I explained to him what had happened. He quickly found the possum, it had died, and took it away. Because the removal didn't take more than 10 minutes, Chris reduced the normal house call fee.

Luis was thorough in his search, he helped identify spots that nobody else was able to.

Critter Control of San Jose did a fantastic job taking care of our problem. They communicated throughout the entire process with estimates and appointment reminders. The costs were as estimated and there were no surprise add-on charges. Robert F. was the technician who ultimately performed the work at my house and he could not have been more professional. He even came back after the main culprit rat was removed from our house to check the other traps he had set to make sure there were no other critters lurking around our property.

We caught some possums. Urban raccoons are too smart.

Excellent, he was professional, calming and very efficient. I was given a complete understanding of the situation and he walked me through the process step by step.

It went well. I put in a call to Critter Control in the morning, they booked me a visit for later that afternoon, and they found the violating rodent shortly after arrival. Rob did an inspection of the exterior of the house and made recommendations for making the crawlspace rodent resistant. I'll have them come back to seal things up.

They were awesome. It went so well. I would give them the highest ranking. They were personable, took care of business, and there were no issues what so ever.

Chris and Steve made 4 trips to our house to bait and collect from a trap. Critter Control is organized and efficient. They responded promptly to my questions. Work orders and invoicing was done via email which made everything very convenient.

Perfect, Robert was a joy to work with. He was open and honest and I appreciate him climbing into the crawl space and looking for the rat. Something I would never do, ever! However he set the traps, it was enough to snag it so that it didn't want to come back. I have my garage back without the pitter patter of little feet dancing over my head.

Terrific. Steven really knows his stuff. Was very easy to work with and a true gentleman. Discovered entry points that other inspectors missed. He was very punctual and very good at what he does. He likes his job and it shows. He is the type to go above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent worker and he cleans up after himself!! Give that man a raise!!

We had a rat that had found a home under our house. There were three vents that had holes in them (we had them fixed 3 years ago, but they were open again.) Critter control came and did an inspection, which cost over $200. We do not have a 70's era home with no attic, so they only did an under-the-house inspection. They set traps. Each service is an additional charge, so removing the rat that was caught and sealing the holes all cost additional money. The whole service cost over $600 which was very expensive for one rat. On the positive side, they were very professional, on time, clean and easy to work with, but very expensive.
