"[Member Name Removed], I read your review and did some follow-up regarding the inspector, etc. You are correct - Enrique did not conduct himself in an appropriate manner. In fact, as part of our regular follow-up with customers to ensure we meet expectations, we identified similar issues with this inspector prior to receiving this review. He was addressed and provided a suspension related to unprofessional conduct. There remain items in place to help ensure this inspector (and identify any other employee who are not professional in the field) are monitored to the best of our ability. Your feedback certainly did not fall on deaf ears and I apologize we did not identify this behavior prior to your experience with the inspector. Regarding the termite finding, I am certainly willing to send out our lead inspector if you would like to have him review the area for subterranean termites (type of termite the original inspector identified). However, it seems as though you have had a couple of other licensed inspectors and are satisfied with the eventual outcome. Most Sincerely, Scott"
