They've been great to work with overall! We started using them seven years ago. They've been professional, trustworthy, and show up on time and as scheduled. They're very knowledgeable, too. I never have to worry about my pets or children. Ben, the technician that we've worked with, has been great.

The netting placed in the vents was a mess, and he missed some vents. We could probably have done a better job ourselves.

This is a company I have been using for over ten years. I've always been very happy with them. This last time that I used them, I had to have them come back three times after their initial visit, as they have a guarantee on their services. I was not charged for the additional services and I like that about them. They are very professional and they get the job done, as they will come back to get it the second and third time. They listen to you when they tell you the treatment is not working, as they are very responsive.

I am very pleased that Ben took care walking on my tile roof so as not to break any tiles. He also took extra precautions with the ladder so as not to scratch my hardwood floors. His shoes were cleaned before he entered the house and always gives a curtesy knock while entering the house. He guaranteed his work and promised to return as long as it would take to remove rodents from my attic for the price quoted. He also sealed up gaps in my roof where rats were entering with steel mesh and installed my chimney spark arrester. Thanks a Bunch, D and J! So far no rats in the house!

I have used them several times and they have done an excellent job for me every time they came out. They are very responsive, very thorough, very conscientious and careful of application of pesticides. They listen to me and I never had to call them back for the same problem.

It worked great for about 6 months, but after that, the ants started coming back and were getting back into the house in between every visit.  The service guarantee requires the company to come back for free in between services, but the eventually we were having to call them every two weeks and the number of times I had to take time off work to meet them and let them in the house was not worth it.  Over time, they got increasingly bad at returning calls and were extremely rude on the phone. Several times, we asked them to try something other than just spray the perimeter and baseboards.  They refused to look under the house or look in the attic where we are certain the ants have nests.  We finally fired them and used over the counter ant bait and Raid.  We haven't seen an ant since.

Call them and they responded immediately. They established service and serviced my warehouse monthly or as needed for about a year. Kept the pests out. They did a good job with the pest control but not with the record keeping as we have special needs in our business. I would recommend if you wanted to work with nice guys who know how to keep the pests away... but not for food establishments.

He came out again and this time, it appeared the wasps were coming from the heating system. He offered to spray again, but we declined and they gave us a referral to an air duct company with camera equipment to look for the nest in the air duct. They offered to come out a third time and spray again. They did not charge anything, which was very nice of them, since I had to call the air duct company to come look for and remove the nest. The people at the company seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and easygoing. They were willing to spend time talking to us and explaining things, as well as come out to the house.

The technician John was very professional. Arrived at the agreed upon time. He went into the attic and set 3 snap traps as well as removed one old dead rat. He also went about the exterior of my residence looking for any entry points (this included a thorough inspection of the roof). He also gave advice on what to do to reduce a favorable living habitat for the rats. Unfortunately, on no fault of his no rats had appeared in his second follow up visit a week later. Although a month later 2 rats were caught in 2 of the 3 traps he had set which I had to remove.

OVER A NUMBER OF YEARS, WE HAVE FOUND THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES TO BE CAREFULLY PERFORMED ON TIME AND EFFECTIVE IN CONTROLLING PESTS, THEY CALL IN ADVANCE AND SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO EMERGENCY "OFF CYCLE" PEST CONTROL REQUESTS.

I was very pleased with the work that they do and also the quality of work that they do. They are a very good company. They got rid of the bugs and kept them away. They knew what they were doing and seemed to be fairly good at their job. I was pleased.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I have had no problems with rats since. They were quick to come out and get to work on the problem. The work was great. The people were courteous and diligent. They got rid of the rats and sealed up the house so no more could enter.

They are a very good company. I really appreciated the fact that they made sure the children, and pets were in a safe area before they start working. They did the outside of my home, and the surrounding area. The product that they use is environmentally friendly. They are a good company to use.

THEY ARE EASY TO BOOK, FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO RETURN TO THE JOB, FOR FREE (WITHIN A PRE-SET WINDOW,) IF THE PROBLEM DIDN'T GET FIXED THE FIRST TIME.
