Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision). He finished most of the work over the weekend and came for a few touch up the next Tuesday. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. What impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude. He stayed to finish his work on Sunday until 11pm (took longer than he thought) and did not charge us extra beyond the price we agreed upon.
