"Very pleased with service from Minh. He is very friendly & took the time to assess my ant problem. He eased my concerns on the use of chemicals & was prompt on scheduling my spraying. The spraying worked for the most part but I did have an unusual area that required a follow up which Minh came out to resolve promptly as well. I also had Minh repair some of crawl space vents where other contractors made larger holes in the vents as they did their projects which put my crawl space at risk for critters. "Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."
