This company was great. I highly recommend them. They got Bats out of our business and they are Western Bat Specialists! The crew was top-notch and the office was awesome to deal with. I have to say A+ service.

Knowable, professional, personable.

We hired Western Valley Construction to add a wrap around sidewalk in our back yard. Property had a slope around the one side which made it an unusable, hard to walk on, area. They did a beautiful job attaching to our existing patio, making a barbecue pad and then curving around the side of house, continuing until it attached to the gate by the front. What a game changer! And the curve around the house was done so artistically - just beautiful!

We had bats that very rousting in our gas fireplace flue and attic. Western Bat quickly remedied the situation by bat proving our home and removed the bats from our fireplace.

Very professional and helpful staff. Learned a lot about bats from them. I recommend them very highly.

Had a serious problem with birds taking up residence in eaves of my home. Toxic bird droppings along the entire side of house. Problem resolved.

Unexpected high cost. $125 fee if you don't hire they after estimate. $800 for 2 hours with few supplies.

I had crown and floor molding installed through the house. They did a fantastic job and their team was professional, friendly and respectful. Job was two days, each day they were on time and worked hard to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend them.

The two young men arrived on time, were friendly, polite, and obviously knew what to do and how to do it. And they explained all the steps they took and why. They also sealed up any cracks and all the vents on my house so no bat or bird can make a home here again, all in one visit. I would not hesitate to hire this company again!

A little pricey.

A little pricey but I needed the service. Tech was really nice and so were the ladies who called and kept me updated when the Tech would arrive. Very nice people.

We're a business. We have a large warehouse. They called within 10 min of my putting my info out there. I sent pictures, they called with a range price. We had the work done. They were here when they said they'd be and it worked well.

They showed up on time and knew what they were talking about . They were able to provide the corrective actions immediately.

So far, so good, Ken will be here Oct 3rd & we'll see how it goes. They're very responsive.

Excellent service! Solved problem without even needing to come out!

If you are trying to get rid of bats, don't get just any pest control company. Go with a real bat specialist like Ken. Call Ken's pest control and ask them to explain their process and why you should hire them. There are some good reasons, and they are very courteous and helpful.

This company was prompt and worked around my schedule. I would use them again.
