Mike from Tooltime was here at 9AM on the dot, he put the safety bars in and left the bathroom cleaner then it started. I will call on Tooltime again for more work in my home. "I did the complete kitchen remodeling with Jonathan and team in Sep-Oct 2021. The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. So was his team, especially the countertop and flooring team. We communicated several times a week. Every time my request was accommodated. Any change was communicated and explained, so I could review and approve. I felt as if I was the part of the team, and thats what matters. The quality of the work was the key result I demanded and thats what I got. I was completely satisfied by the work and the kitchen looks awesome."

The work performed was professional and immaculate. Karol and his crew came in to install laminate flooring as I was about to start moving in. The flooring in three rooms came out gorgeous. I approached Karol with a plea of help. I explained the situation with the three rooms that had old carpeting. The previous tenants had dogs that destroyed the carpets and closets. Karol came in with his crew and performed a miracle. The rooms look brand new and the closets refinished to a state where I have lots of room for my clothing. I highly recommend Herman Construction and will be using them for all of my projects. They deserve 10 stars for being the best company."

"Excellent communication. Execution was outstanding. Very able people worked hard and long and got the job done in a most timely manner. Detail work was first rate. When something needed to be adjusted that was done. Some of the adjustments were just amazing. (We had a built in Murphy Bed installed that did not quite fit the space. A tapered base board kept this from looking awkward. Amazing!) Also all the folks were very nice. Add reasonable pricing and there is nothing else to ask for. I liked them so much that when my daughter did a major remodel, I recommended Baja, and she too has been super happy with the results. Where I come from, passing a vendor on to family is the highest form of praise."

"I met with Ethan in December of 2020 and we signed the contract, after I spoke to a few other contractors because he definitely had the best pricing and really good reviews. The work only started 6 months after the contract and in the meantime the raw material cost went up but Eitan did not increase the price of the contract despite including all raw materials in the contract. He uncovered a problem in plumbing while installing brand new windows, despite that there was only two week delay in the schedule. He built me my dream kitchen and all along the way advised on what would actually look nice because I did not hire an interior designer and I was doing it on my own. Build the Bay is trustworthy, clean (which was super important to us because we were living in the house through the construction) and proactive. I would totally hire them for another construction project if something should come up in the future."
