He and his crew did an outstanding job. Karol is meticulous, knowledgeable, a perfectionist and he expects the same from his team. He obviously has a great relationship with his workers and they all seem to have a great respect for him. A great formula for outstanding work. He and his crew are neat, cleanup, on time and really good guys. I’d strongly recommend Karol for any work you are considering him for. His cost is also very reasonable. He is definitely on my list of contractors that I would hire again, and whom I would recommend to my friends.

The work performed was professional and immaculate. Karol and his crew came in to install laminate flooring as I was about to start moving in. The flooring in three rooms came out gorgeous. I approached Karol with a plea of help. I explained the situation with the three rooms that had old carpeting. The previous tenants had dogs that destroyed the carpets and closets. Karol came in with his crew and performed a miracle. The rooms look brand new and the closets refinished to a state where I have lots of room for my clothing. I highly recommend Herman Construction and will be using them for all of my projects. They deserve 10 stars for being the best company.
