The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. Last note is that as a single woman, it is important to me to feel comfortable with the people around my home. Ivan's team, including his wife who is often onsite, are so friendly and always respectful. They will be my go-to for all future projects.

Besides power washing my redwood car & patio covers, they stained them, repaied worn/broken pieces & put up new corrugated plastic. Ivan was very responsive thru out the whole project. They were very proactive in getting materials & equipment in b4 the start date. Cleaned up after themselves. My neighbor will be hiring them & recommended to a friend.

I observed the outstanding job New generation did on my neighbors house in Menlo Park (exterior) we contacted several Companies and selected NG. Ivan and his crew did a Fantastic job in every detail. We had the entire interior of our house painted and a room completely retiled and expanded. The job was completed several days early because they work long hours. The work was done and at the end of the day everything was clean or well covered for the next day. Will be calling them again for sure.

Ivan does great work. Restored wood trim that needed work, all as part of the projects cost. New Generation charged more, but I feel we got a great job done on our house. Neighbors are stopping to check it out.

First, I was very impressed with the customer service. I was kept informed every step of the way. Customer service is very important to me! The quality and workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I will be hiring this company for future projects.

So impressed with New Generation. They painted the full exterior of our house and several interior rooms. The quality of work was excellent. They were on-time, and highly efficient. Communication was exemplary from the initial quote, signing the contract, to billing. There is no question we would hire Ivan and his team again. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Wish they had given me more time to choose colors. I felt pressured to decide. (Reasonable I guess as the painters were ready to go but their was still quite a bit more prep work to do).. The workers were pleasant and accommodating. There was a lot of pick up of tape, etc. that I had to do (small pieces of stuff) but overall they cleaned up well. I felt they charged me a fair amount and that was nice. The owner did a walk through but a bit before they finished. I went out today and found paint dripped on several place on my cement walks. Also I was disappointed that they did not put things back they had to move. Some are way too heavy for me to move myself. Also noticed when I opened some of the doors that they missed some of the edges. They had to scrape and sand some things a lot and made things look almost brand new. It was amazing.

They tried hard to make sure we as customers were satisfied. They also were very punctual and professional.

I had them paint the entire interior of a 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath home. Proper preparation is important. They were careful and accurate with their masking and protection of surfaces not to be painted, splattered, or over-sprayed. They filled nail holes, nicks, and cracks in the walls and trim and primed old enamel paint. Painting was smooth without thin spots or drips, runs, etc. They started on time and finished quickly on schedule. They left the house clean.

Sarai and Ivan and their team did a great job on the house. The house is old (1950) and have been neglected. It requires a lot of efforts to bring it back to life. Ivan and his team spent over a week washing, scraping, filling, sanding and re-glazing all the windows (they are in very bad shape). It was a tedious and painstaking detail work which their team took extra care to do a great job. Sarai was prompt answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. Everyone on their team was nice, polite and extremely hardworking. Ivan and Sarai are fabulous, very accommodating and easy to work with. The house looks 1,000% better!

Arrived on time both for the meeting to prepare bid and to perform work. Brought all equipment. Worked efficiently. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Nice guy

I was very concerned about my house cabinet painting project. They started the day the bomb cyclone hit in Northern California. But to my surprise they were able to put their paint shed up with no issues, and everything on the project went extremely smoothly. They were very diligent about their cleanup everyday and made sure that any questions I had were promptly answered. I will definitely hire them again if I have another painting project and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking.
